A practical guide to self-improvement for the Days of Awe and throughout the year

Penitence in general, and the High Holy Days in particular, are wonderful gifts that Hashem has bequeathed us. They have the power to bring about tremendous change within us -- our personalities, how we serve Hashem, how we learn Torah, how we pray, and how we personally connect with Klal Yisrael and the final redemption. Such changes require deep internal but sensitive efforts, which can and should be filled with joy and happiness. This book supplies the necessary guidelines for these tasks, and will lead you, with Hashem's help, step-by-step through a most wonderful spiritual process that we call teshuvah -- repentance.
