Shipping 
We ship to most destinations around the world. Our preferred carrier is UPS, but we do offer USPS shipping as well. Please keep in mind, though, that other than Express Mail we cannot trace or insure packages sent with USPS. The customer assumes the responsibility to cover the replacement cost for any items ordered by USPS.

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs depend upon the method and option you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

Our Returns Policy
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any book or closed software product in its original condition for a full refund. Opened software may not be returned unless you have first contacted the manufacturer and they have given you written authorization to return the product to us. Without such prior authorization, we cannot issue any credits or refunds for opened software products. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is a result of our error. If your package arrives in damaged condition, please call us immediately. We will ship you replacements for any damaged items immediately and file a claim with the shipping company. We ask that you not immediately discard the packing box, as it is sometimes necessary for the shipping company to inspect the package before they will pay our damage claim.

Returning a gift?
Gift recipients may return items they received as a gift even if the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase. Just indicate that the item was a gift when you return it to us, and we'll send a gift certificate for the amount of the returned items to the e-mail address you provide us. We accept returns of gifts within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds 
We will issue your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
